Zmayko Privacy Policy

Zmayko is a learning app designed for children and families. We limit data use to what is needed to provide the app, videos, support and parent-authorized purchases.
Information used by the app
Zmayko does not require a child to create an account or provide a name, email address, precise location, photo, microphone recording or contacts. Game progress and settings are stored locally on the device.
When the video catalog or a video is requested, our hosting provider may receive standard technical information such as the device's IP address, request time and requested file. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
Purchases
Purchases are available only through a grown-up area. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase status, product and transaction information needed to offer, validate and restore subscriptions. Zmayko receives subscription status and an app-specific purchaser identifier; it does not receive full payment-card details.
Audio and device services
Most narration and sounds are packaged with the app. When a packaged clip is unavailable, the app may use the device's speech service. The device platform controls how that service processes speech requests.
Advertising, analytics and sharing
The app contains no third-party advertising, behavioral advertising SDK or cross-app tracking. We do not sell children's personal information. Information may be handled by Apple, RevenueCat and our hosting providers only to deliver their respective services, comply with law, prevent abuse or protect the service.
Retention and choices
Local learning progress can be removed by deleting the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies and legal obligations. A parent or guardian may contact us with a privacy question or request.
Children's privacy
Zmayko is designed to minimize personal information from children. Parent-only actions, including purchases and external legal links, are placed in the grown-up area. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected contrary to this policy, we will delete it where reasonably possible.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
