Zmayko Terms of Use
Effective September 21, 2026
These terms govern use of the Zmayko app, website, games, stories, videos and related services. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms for a child using Zmayko.
Learning service
Zmayko provides educational entertainment and practice activities. It is not a school, medical service or substitute for professional educational advice. Availability and content may change as we improve the service.
Dragon Plus subscriptions
Optional Dragon Plus plans unlock premium content. The app displays the price and billing period supplied by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple ID after confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in the device's App Store subscription settings. Previously purchased access can be recovered with Restore Purchases. Any trial or introductory offer is governed by the terms shown by Apple at purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use Zmayko for personal and family learning. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the service or its artwork, audio, stories, code and trademarks except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
Some features depend on Apple, RevenueCat, device speech services and web-hosting providers. Their own terms and policies apply to those services.
Disclaimer and responsibility
Zmayko is provided with reasonable care on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every activity will meet every learner's needs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or stop a feature. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. You may stop using the service at any time and manage subscriptions through Apple.
